We have worked with clients across the US and abroad, spanning multiple industries, backgrounds, and walks of life. In 2021, a change was made to focus our efforts strictly on resume writing, executive bios, and LinkedIn optimization services, which enables the firm to maximize new techniques and strategies for the job seeker. The current job market is moving faster than ever, and we truly believe that if you’re not applying for a position with professionally written documents you are falling behind your peers, and we remain here to help you in your job search every step of the way.

Unlike other firms, you won’t see a shopping cart on our website. We don’t believe in charging you for something you don’t need. Each project begins with a personalized resume review, not by computer, but by a real life person.

With a background routed in customer success, Crystal earned a resume certification in 2014 as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), working for industry-leading executive recruitment and outplacement firms.

Throughout RP Career’s evolution, she has helped shape the direction of the firm to focus on customer satisfaction and referrals. As a resume writer and career consultant, she has worked with professionals at all levels and across multiple industries. She prides herself in providing a personalized, tailored experience to each client because each client’s needs, wants, and definition of success are different. Crystal holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Arizona, along with a CPRW designation from the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches.
