It’s very difficult to tell someone “Hey, you’ve got this many years of experience, and your job title is this, so you fall into this category” although we do have tiers and starting points for specific areas, I often move up and down around those levels depending on what each clients’ needs are. I have never sold anyone a product they didn’t need, and that’s something I’m very proud of.  Not everyone in this industry can say that.
